we would like to inform you that from 10/09/2020, further restrictions were introduced in the Czech Republic in connection with the prevailing Covid-19 epidemic.
From that day, all persons going to the interior of buildings where there are third parties (shops, offices, offices) are required to have their mouth and nose covered (mask, scarf, etc.).
We still want to take special precautions in our office as well, so
1). A visit to the office is possible only by appointment - please make an appointment by phone at the secretariat phone number provided on our business cards and on the website , via the contact form or directly at the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
2). When entering the office, you must use hand disinfectants and wait for an employee who will invite you inside;
3). There can be a maximum of one person in the secretariat and two people in the conference room
The above provisions are valid until further notice.
Our office is open from Monday to Thursday from from 9.00 to 15.00 and on Fridays from 9.00 to 13.00. We will be very grateful if you keep to the agreed appointments.
