Moreover, from July 1, 2014, it will be possible to obtain information about a person and a collective entity from the National Criminal Register via the ICT system. In the case of applications or inquiries submitted via the ICT system, the fee for issuing information about a person or a collective entity has been set at PLN 20. The electronic form of payment of the fee by means of mechanisms ensuring the initiation of the procedure of irreversible payment of the application or inquiry is provided for.


NOTE!
The Information Office of the National Criminal Register, part of the Ministry of Justice, with its seat at ul. Czerniakowska 100 in Warsaw, is the only entity performing tasks related to the keeping of the National Criminal Register, specified in the Act of 24 May 2000 on the National Criminal Register (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 654, as amended) ) and the executive regulations issued on its basis and in separate acts.

Only the KRK Information Office and its information points operating at common courts are authorized to provide information about persons and collective entities on the basis of data collected in National Criminal Register.
